Our story

For the love of old, loved things.

Blackberry Trove began the way most good things do — quietly, and a little by accident. A weekend estate sale, a brass candlestick that no one else wanted, and the slow realization that some objects are simply too well-made, too well-loved, to be left behind.

We're a tiny operation: one collector, one careful eye, and a great deal of patience. Every piece is hand-picked from estate sales, country auctions, and the occasional dusty attic. Nothing in the trove is mass-made. Nothing is reproduced.

We believe antiques aren't relics — they're company. They've watched a hundred birthdays, held a thousand cups of tea. They deserve to keep going.

How we choose

Our small philosophy

I.

Patina over polish

A scratch is a memory. A tarnish is a year. We don't restore what doesn't need restoring.

II.

Story over scarcity

The provenance matters more than the price tag. We'll always tell you what we know.

III.

Slowness over scale

We add a few new pieces each week, never dozens. The trove stays small on purpose.
